I’ve used a character similar to this mini in the adventures in Mechanus. Dita Miniature represented «Wendy, The Crazy Witch»- She loves to fly recklessly obstructing people and causing chaos on her way. She laughs often and talks to her broom as if it were her daughter. At night when the curfew is given she flies through the streets. It is the best Night Runner, or rather the only one that survives.
